Law degree from Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Campinas) in 1970, retired Labor Court, certified and approved in 1975, promoted in 1993 to Appellate Judge of the Regional Appellate Labor Court of the 15th Region/Campinas, having worked as a magistrate until 1998. Specialist in Labor and Trade Union Right. Graduate in Civil Law, Comparative Law, Criminal Law, Civil Procedure Law. Specialized in Capital Markets, Imports and Exports from Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation – FAAP. Former professor at Higher School of Magistrates (Escola Superior da Magistratura). Member of the examining board for the entrance examinations to start the Labor Court career from 1992 to 1997. Former professor of the Graduate course in Business Law at Salesian University Center of São Paulo (Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo – Unisal).
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
